What happens after the introduction?
If there is a useful fit, David proposes a bounded discovery, technical review or build. You agree the fee, timetable, people and source access before work starts.
- Bring your business goal, the people involved and examples you have permission to share.
- Agree the deliverables, approach, dependencies and any source or system access required.
- Agree acceptance measures relevant to the work, such as usability, reliability, data quality or time saved.
- Consider existing tools alongside a tailored build. Discovery can recommend a smaller solution or no build.
Implementation, hosting, AI usage and ongoing support are scoped separately. A demonstration uses fictional information; a customer pilot needs its own approved sources and agreed acceptance review.
